We market your property on our corporate website, online and through social media.  We create a personalized website for your property; where we maintain and up-load professional images of a staged model suite, including a personalized narrated 360 degree video tour of your property, featuring both the interior and exterior of the property.  We drive users to your site and are able provide clients with analytics regarding web traffic.  We create and manage all related promotional materials including signage, marketing brochures for potential tenants and investors.

In addition we complete on-going market research to ensure we are targeting the best possible monthly rental rates for leases, parking, rental premiums such as height premiums and furniture rentals.

We are available to your tenants 24 hours a day, providing after-hours support for emergencies.  We have created an efficient maintenance program which allows the tenants to also submit their maintenance requests electronically which is then forwarded to our trusted group of contractors and service providers, we handle the process of securing the quickest, most cost efficient way to deal with the maintenance request.
