One Tenant – One Manager – Each building we manage has one Property Manager for that building; our Property Managers get to know the Tenant base and your property.
One Client – One Manager – Likewise, each Owner or Developer also has one point of contact from the Onyx Team, this streamlines communication.

- Leasing – Leasing of units including screening of applicants. We have a waiting list of qualified pre-screened prospects who are looking for a place to call home
- Marketing/Researching – We market your property and unit via targeted sites, social media and via our affiliated partners. We provide ongoing research to ensure we are advertising your asset at the best possible rate. Onyx has been able to achieve reaching higher than average market rates, year-over-year
- Financials/Reporting – We provide comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements including budget reporting and P&L statements
- Maintenance/Inspections – We manage, organize, facilitate all maintenance requests via our online portal. Onyx has a 24/7/365 emergency service line which is overseen by our team and not a call centre!
- Legals – We have extensive experience with the RTA and Tribunal and are the first line of communication and reasoning to protect not only your rights but the rights of Tenants and Occupants.
